What's free, what Growth unlocks, what uninstall removes

Last updated: 1 August 2026

Installing Paceloop, running the full audit, activating a cycle, and your first two weekly check-ins cost nothing. From check-in 3 the loop needs the Growth plan — $29/month, one plan, same price in every market. There is no trial to run down first: billing starts when you approve the plan at check-in 3.

Uninstalling deletes everything Paceloop stored about your store. It does not touch your store's own data.

What's free

The way we put it everywhere else, unchanged: "Installing Paceloop, running the complete growth audit, activating a cycle, and your first two weekly check-ins cost nothing: set your goal, get it pressure-tested against your real numbers, see your diagnosed constraint, start the plan, and feel the weekly loop run twice — before paying anything."

What the Growth plan buys

$29/month, one plan, same price in every market. It keeps the loop running from your third check-in onward: weekly check-ins, closing and replanning cycles, and asking Sidekick about your live cycle data. Your pace scoreboard stays live for as long as the loop runs.

Note what Growth is not sold as: it does not unlock the scoreboard. Everyone with an active cycle sees their pace. What you pay for is keeping that scoreboard fed with new numbers every week.

When you get charged

Billing starts at $29/month when you approve the plan at check-in 3 — there is no trial period to run down first. Shopify handles the charge and it appears on your regular Shopify invoice.

If you decide not to continue, nothing is deleted: your cycle, its history, and your scoreboard stay where they are. The loop simply stops at the next check-in that needs a plan.

What uninstalling removes

Uninstalling deletes every record Paceloop kept for your store: cycles and everything under them (behaviors, cut lists, check-ins), your preferences — including the saved scoreboard snapshot Sidekick reads from — any feedback you sent through the in-app prompts, your plan record, and your session. Deletion is permanent; we keep no archived copy. If Shopify later sends a store erasure request, we run the same deletion again so nothing survives a failed first pass.

Two things are deliberately left alone:

To cancel, go to your Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → Paceloop, or uninstall the app. Cancelling stops future charges; uninstalling also deletes your data, as described in the privacy policy.
