What's free, what Growth unlocks, what uninstall removes
Last updated: 17 August 2026
Installing Paceloop and running the full audit cost nothing, for every store. Activating a cycle starts the Growth plan — $29/month, one plan, same price in every market — with a 30-day free trial if you have not subscribed to Paceloop before.
Uninstalling deletes everything Paceloop stored about your store. It does not touch your store's own data.
What's free
- Install and the complete audit — your 90-day baseline, the pressure-test on your goal, your diagnosed constraint, and the plan preview.
- Scoreboards on cycles you have already run stay visible.
- Closing or abandoning a cycle — the exit is never behind a paywall.
- Your goal mirrored into Shopify Analytics at activation.
The way we put it everywhere else, unchanged: "Installing Paceloop and running the complete growth audit cost nothing, for every store: set your goal, get it pressure-tested against your real numbers, see your diagnosed constraint and the plan sized to it. Scoreboards on cycles you have run stay visible, and closing or abandoning a cycle is never behind the paywall."
What the Growth plan buys
$29/month, one plan, same price in every market. Activating a cycle starts it — weekly check-ins, closing and replanning cycles, and asking Sidekick about your live cycle data.
First-time subscribers get a 30-day free trial before the first charge — Shopify's managed-pricing trial, granted once per store (it withholds a repeat trial from a shop that has subscribed within the last 180 days). Cancel during the trial and you are never billed.
When you get charged
Billing starts at $29/month once your 30-day trial ends, unless you cancel first. If your subscription lapses mid-cycle, the next check-in pauses and the app says so plainly — nothing is deleted and nothing else is locked: your cycle and its scoreboard stay visible, and picking a plan again continues where you left off.
What uninstalling removes
Uninstalling deletes every record Paceloop kept for your store: cycles and everything under them (behaviors, cut lists, check-ins), your preferences — including the saved scoreboard snapshot Sidekick reads from — any feedback you sent through the in-app prompts, your plan record, and your session. Deletion is permanent; we keep no archived copy. If Shopify later sends a store erasure request, we run the same deletion again so nothing survives a failed first pass.
Two things are deliberately left alone:
- Your store's own data. Paceloop never had the ability to change products, orders, customers, inventory, themes, or settings, so there is nothing of yours to restore.
- Growth targets already written to Shopify Analytics. Paceloop creates and updates those targets; it never deletes one. They are yours, and they stay in your Shopify after the app is gone.
To cancel, go to your Shopify admin → Settings → Apps and sales channels → Paceloop, or uninstall the app. Cancelling stops future charges; uninstalling also deletes your data, as described in the privacy policy.
